Fall Activities Starting Soon
On Sunday, September 12th, we will kick off our Fall Activities with Rally Day. This is an opportunity to see the variety of activities and events that Our Redeemer has to offer. There is something for everyone to enjoy and to be a blessing for others.
Men's Breakfast Bible Study Returns Saturday September 18th
Calling all men and young men! On the first and third Saturday mornings of the month from 8:30-10:00 AM, we gather to be fed a hot breakfast followed by being fed by God's Word. This fall, we will see how we can "Stand Strong" based on 1 Peter.
Sunday School and Adult Bible Class Return September 19th
After taking a break for the summer, our Youth Sunday School and Adult Bible Classes return on Sunday, September 19th. The Adult Class will be looking at "Good Questions," a Biblical look at questions Christians are often asked about their life of faith and how we can respond clearly. These classes are on Sunday morning from 10:30-11:30 AM.

Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, organized in 1962, and affiliated with the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, is a church of around 225 members and friends. We are located on the Old Glenn Highway, one mile south of the North Birchwood Exit or three miles north of the South Birchwood Exit. About 20 miles northeast of Anchorage in the shadow of the Chugach Mountains, we primarily serve the suburbs of Chugiak, Eagle River, Peter's Creek, and Birchwood, Alaska. Our Redeemer is an outgoing and diverse group of families and individuals. In addition to the Pastor, we also have on staff a full time Director of Youth Ministries and a part time Administrative Assistant. Our worship and other Christian growth activities are designed to be a blessing for God and for each other. We would love to connect with you in your journey of faith and life and help us all celebrate how being connected to Jesus is the greatest joy that we can know.
